Curlers, we hope that you like the new website! To use it, you will need to first reset your password. Go to evergreencurling.org
and click on "Forgot Login?". Then select "Lost Password", and enter your email address and username. Your username should be in the form <FirstName>_<LastName>, for example Adam_Seymour. Click on the "Send Password" button, and the website will send a new, auto-generated password to your email address.
Next, login to the website and change your password. Once you login you will see a menu listed along the righthand side of the screen. In that menu, find the item "My Information" and click on it. This will take you to a screen showing your profile. It has multiple tabs with headings for "User Info", "Contact Info", etc. Near the top of this screen find a small menu reading "Edit", within this menu click on "Update Your Profile". This will take you to a profile editing screen. On this screen select "User Info" if it is not already selected. Within the "User Info" tab you can change your profile details, including your Password. You need to enter the same password into two different boxes on this form. Go to the other tabs if you want to review or edit your other information When finished, click on the "Update" button found near the bottom of the screen. If there is any missing required information in any part of your profile, then it will detect the missing items at this point and ask you to complete them. For example, the website will require you to complete your "Emergency Contact" information.
If you notice already-scheduled league teams and games in the website, then don't worry, those will be wiped clean before September 1st. We are just doing some pre-season testing of the website.
Membership and league registration will begin at approximately 5pm on September 1st. The home page of the website will display further registration instructions at that time.
