ECC's Curling 101 is a 5-week instructional series followed by a coached league, providing in-depth instruction in the basics of the sport with a goal of allowing students to join other leagues within the club and feel comfortable doing so.  Some sessions include a league that mixes with some experienced players.

The course will cover curling etiquette, roles, delivery, sweeping and strategy. The lesson series features both off-ice and on-ice instruction and some coached game-play.

Cost for a 10-week series is $245 per person or $199 for an 8-week series.  No experience necessary, and the instruction presented in this league is appropriate for curlers with up to 2 years of experience.  Lesson series are typically offered on Mondays from 7:15-10:00pm (or until people tucker out) or Sundays from 10:45am-1:30pm.

Completion of Curling 101 is recommended (but not required) before curling in a member league.  Completion of a 2-hour introductory (Learn-to-Curl or similar) lesson is recommended.
